Project Genesis2007

New music composed for a children choir, an adult choir, the Oscar Fredriks Camerata (with around 30 string players) working together with professional technicians to compound a music statement for Peace.
(around 115 participants).

The theme is inspired in the idea that people from different cultures have the same musical roots. The projekt wants to celebrate the advent of the Human specie through her oldest art form, to promote collaboration between Swedish and non-Swedish musicians and also between diffferent cultures, while it will give a vision of the walk of music through history.

Projekt Genesis2007

innebär att en barnkör, en vuxenkör, ett trettiotal amatörmusiker och sångare samarbetar med professionella musiker, regissör, ljus- och ljudtekniker och scenograf, för att skapa och framföra en nyskriven nutida musikföreställning.

Musiktemat är inspirerat av en idé om att människor från skilda kulturer har gemensamma musikaliska rötter. Projektet vill celebrera människans härkomst och ankomst genom hennes äldsta konstform, fördjupa ett samarbete mellan svenska och invandrade musiker, mellan mångfaldskulturella föreningar i Sverige och till barn ge en bild av musikens väg genom historien.
